The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a non-profit association with 40,000 members and over 600 chapters worldwide.  Members include administrative assistants, secretaries and other related administrative office professionals, as well as businesses, educational institutions or individuals who support the association’s vision and objectives.

IAAP offers two certification programs: The Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).  These certifications indicate successful completion of examinations covering finance/business law, office systems/administration, management theory and organization planning.

Many of Donna’s presentations reflect IAAP’s vision to inspire administrative professionals to reach for excellence and their objective to raise the standards of administrative professionals through education.  For the presentations listed below, several chapters have received recertification points from IAAP headquarters for the CPS and CAP designations.  If you are interested in any of the programs for that purpose, Donna can work with your chapter to secure the advance approval necessary from IAAP Headquarters.
